Who we are.

Holsworthy & Bude Skip Hire has been operating for over 50 years. That's five decades of domestic clear-outs, commercial site work, building projects, and everything in between.

We handle enquiries from the office and are happy to help you work out what you need, whether that's a skip size recommendation or advice on a specific type of waste. We're available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

We run our own fleet of vehicles and employ our own drivers. Every skip we deliver and collect is handled by us, not passed on to someone else. Our depot is based in Chilsworthy, near Holsworthy, and we serve customers across a wide area of Devon and Cornwall, including Bude, Launceston, Torrington, Okehampton, Bradworthy, Kilkhampton, Hatherleigh and Highampton.

What Happens to your waste?

All waste we collect passes through our own on-site transfer station. We're able to recycle at least 90% (by weight) of everything that comes through. We take the environment seriously, and that's been part of how we operate for a long time, not a recent addition to the marketing.

Fully licensed and compliant.

We are a licensed waste carrier, registered with the Environment Agency. When you use us, your waste is handled and disposed of correctly, including proper separation and recycling where possible.

Direct Service, No Middlemen.

There are a lot of skip hire brokers operating online. They present themselves as local businesses, take your enquiry, and pass it on to an operator like us, keeping a margin in the process.

We'd rather you came to us directly. You get a straight-forward price, you deal with the same people from the first call to the final collection, and there's no confusion about who is responsible for what.

We're a small, local team. We know our customers and we know our area. That's the point.
